    I have really tried to love the derma roller after hearing how positive you are about it - but it definitely cuts my hair off as I’m rolling no matter how careful I try to be. I actually bought the bia one. I believe this may be because my hair strand itself is fine.l so it’s not for everyone . So I had to stop. So this may be a con of derma roller for some people out there.

      Hey there! 🌟 I'm really sorry to hear the derma roller isn't working well for you, especially since it cuts your hair no matter how careful you are. You're right; everyone's hair is unique, and what works wonders for one person may not be ideal for another. It's super insightful to know this could be a con for folks with finer hair strands. Maybe trying a smaller needle size or focusing more on the scalp rather than the hair might help. Feel free to reach out if you have any other questions or need some alternative tips! Thanks for sharing your experience. 💗

      Hello lovely! 🌸 I totally get it - it can be so disheartening to see our hair change over time, but you're not alone. Dermarolling is such a promising step and I hope you see positive results soon! ✨ As for light therapy, I'd love to dive deeper into that in a future video. Essentially, low-level laser therapy can stimulate hair growth by increasing blood flow and cellular activity in the scalp. It's really fascinating! And haha, you caught me! 😉 My Moroccan roots definitely influence my approach and passion for natural remedies. Hang in there and feel free to check out my brand BIA for more tips and products that might help. Keep me updated on your progress! 💕

    Hi Imane, how much of the oil should you actually use? Is it just the small amount you have in your hand in the video or do you use more? It’s my first time using your super roots oil tonight an I’ve used quite a lot more than in your video so just want to make sure what the right amount is 😄

    • @ImaneBelle
      @ImaneBelle День тому

      Hi there! 😊 Great question! For the Super Roots Hair Oil, usually, I use just a small amount, like what you saw in the video. Typically, a few drops are enough because a little goes a long way, and you want to avoid making your hair too oily. But don't worry if you used more-everyone's hair is different! For the best results, focus on massaging the oil into your scalp. Feel free to share how it goes, and if you have any other questions, I'm here to help! 💖 Happy oiling! P.S. • @ImaneBelle
      @ImaneBelle День тому

      Hey there! 🌸 A 0.5mm dermaroller can indeed help stimulate hair growth, but for more significant results, I personally prefer using a 1.5mm dermaroller. It penetrates deeper, promoting better blood circulation and growth factor activation. Just remember to be gentle and consistent! I appreciate this kind of videos, however I have a question. About a month ago I read a paper that said that the perfect length for scalp dermarolling was 0.6 mm, going further wasn´t going to bring more benefits, so can you help me with that please?

    • @ImaneBelle
      @ImaneBelle 2 дні тому

      Thank you so much for your thoughtful comment! 🌸 You're right that dermaroller lengths can be a bit confusing. The science does suggest various lengths for different purposes. I personally recommend 1.5mm because it tends to reach deeper layers, stimulating hair follicles more effectively for those battling hair loss. Always be gentle and ensure proper hygiene to avoid any risks. Hi Imane me again 🤣 thank you for the help so far, one last question, I’m starting your super roots oil tomorrow. I’ve been following your videos and I see that you recommend washing/oiling your hair 2-3 times a week, an have also learned from you about sebum which carries dht, I go to the gym every day after work so as you can imagine obviously my hair gets greasy after my workouts. So would you recommend I wash my hair every day after this because of sebum, or still stick to 2-3 times a week along with oiling it? Thanks in advance!

    • @ImaneBelle
      @ImaneBelle 2 дні тому

      Hey! 😊 Oh, I totally get where you're coming from - gym hair struggles are real! After those sweaty workouts, it's tempting to wash it every day. However, too much washing can strip your hair of its natural oils, which are important for scalp health. Try this: rinse your hair with just water or use a gentle, natural conditioner on non-wash days. This can help manage the grease and avoid over-washing. Keep up with your Super Roots oil routine 2-3 times a week. You've got this! 💪 P.S. I'd love to hear how the oil works for you! ✨

    e du texte avec votre appareil photo I ordered your product and it has just arrived, and I am very happy to start my treatment journey with your products, but I have a question: Should I use the oil immediately after using the dermaroller or after 24 hours of using it?

      @ImaneBelle 2 дні тому

      Hey there! 🌸 I'm so thrilled you got your BIA products and are ready to start your journey! When using a dermaroller, it's usually best to wait about 24 hours before applying the Super Roots Hair Oil with rosemary. This gives your scalp time to heal and reduces the risk of irritation. Always listen to your skin and go with what feels most comfortable for you. If you have any more questions or need support, I'm here for you! "Thanks for bringing that up! You're absolutely right-determining the length of the dermaroller needles is super important based on your unique situation. If you're dealing with more advanced hair thinning, starting with a 0.5mm dermaroller might be a gentler option before considering a higher length like 1.5mm. Hi [Commenter's Name]! 😊 Absolutely, you can definitely tap instead of rolling! Tapping can be gentler on your scalp and might even help you target those specific areas more effectively. Consistency is key, so whatever method feels best for you, stick with it! I've had great results with this approach while working to boost my own hair growth naturally and holistically. Hi Imane, how many times a week should you oil your hair please? Every day or like every other day?

    • @ImaneBelle
      @ImaneBelle 4 дні тому

      Hey there! 🌸 Great question! I usually recommend oiling your hair 2-3 times a week. Over-oiling can sometimes cause buildup, so giving your scalp a little break in between can be super beneficial. Remember, consistency is key. If you're curious about the science behind it, regular oiling helps improve blood circulation and nourishes your hair roots. does my hair need to be clean (from sweating) before using derma roller?

    • @ImaneBelle
      @ImaneBelle 4 дні тому

      Hey there! 🌟 Great question! It's best to have your scalp clean and free from sweat or oils before using a dermaroller. This ensures that the needles can penetrate more effectively without any barriers and reduces the risk of infections. A quick wash should do the trick! I’ve found starting with a clean slate really makes a difference in my routine. I hope this helps! Feel free to ask if you’ve got more questions or need anything else. 💖 #HealthyHairJourney

    I’m curious about scalp oiling, I have to oil my head because I am mixed race and have curly hair that is naturally dryer. But now I’m scared because the DHT will live in it? I only wash my hair once a week because I’m scared of all the hair fall and drying it out. I finally got my diagnosis for androgenetic alopecia but I told them I had this at least 8 years ago. 3 minutes in and I’m seeing so many wrong things that I need to address. Really shocked everyone in the comments is just blindly admiring every single word she puts out: 1:10 No, steel needles are not the better option, even if it’s called “medical grade” which doesn’t mean anything really. Compared to titanium needles, the steel ones wear off considerably faster, leading to potentially damaging scarring of the scalp, especially when as long as 1.5mm. Your argument that “titanium is harder to get sharp” and to therefore always opt for steel is just nonsensical. But you’re right that having the individual needles instead of those plates is very important. 2:30 No, you can’t “also use rubber alcohol”, you must! An at least 70% isopropyl solution for example. You wanna sanitize, not hand wash it. The hand soap does not nearly contain enough disinfectant because it is for the hands (and 70%+ would make them bone dry). So please only go for the actually disinfecting option. 2:40 I’m sure you don’t have the needles face down scratching across a hard surface while deep cleaning it with that horseshoe brush ;) 3:05 and onwards: please please do have your hair/scalp washed before rolling to avoid lasting irritation. No-brainer, really. 4:31 at 1.5mm, opt for 7-10 days intervals. Your scalp will thank you for giving it enough time to heal. Remember you’re putting it under a lot of stress all of a sudden. The appropriate intervals according to needle length can be researched within 2 min.
